We’re the Wilsons; Luke and Beth, and our girls, Bryn and Eve.
As a family, we love exploring and playing outdoors, both on and off the lake. Our mission is to help people and families make the most of their lake and outdoor adventures.
Our History
Blue Motion started off as an on-the-side business, winterizing and servicing a few boats during vacations at the lake.
Luke is a red seal certified Heavy Equipment Technician with a love and passion for boats. Beth is a former Environmental Scientist with a business background and an eye for detail. Together, we’ve been working in the marine industry for over 15 years.
Prior to 2016, we were spending the majority of our weekends and vacations driving back and forth from Calgary to Mabel Lake. Eventually, we decided that we wanted to try to turn Blue Motion into a full-time business because we wanted to raise our girls in a space they can run and grow away from the city, which led us to move in 2016. And we haven’t looked back.
We pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our clients, to make sure their valuable vacation time at the lake is as enjoyable and worry-free as possible. For us, it’s not just our business, it’s our lifestyle.
